Spray Paint

For heavy industrial steel products, internationally renowned paints with better corrosion resistance are used, and the spray coating is divided into three layers. Mainly used for spraying large steel products on ships, ports, heavy equipment, etc.

Ship paint is composed of a series of paints, such as ship primer, ship bottom antirust paint, ship bottom antifouling paint, ship waterline paint series, ship hull and superstructure paint, various ship cabin paints ballast tank paint, oil tank paint, drinking water tank paint, dry cargo tank paint, etc.

Workshop primer includes: phenolic modified phosphating primer, epoxy zinc rich primer, orthosilicate zinc foundation make-up, and metal free zinc foundation make-up.

Anti rust primer includes: zinc phosphate anti rust paint, zinc yellow anti rust paint, red lead anti rust paint, and other anti rust paints.

Bottom paint, also used for underwater parts of ships, includes: ship paint anti rust paint and bottom anti fouling paint. Among them, ship bottom anti rust paint also includes: asphalt ship bottom anti rust paint, chlorinated rubber ship bottom anti rust paint, epoxy asphalt ship bottom anti rust paint; Ship bottom anti fouling paint includes: soluble - asphalt based copper oxide anti fouling paint; Contact type - chlorinated rubber, ethylene based cuprous oxide anti fouling paint; Diffusion type: Organic tin anti fouling paint; Self polishing anti fouling paint - organic tin high polymer anti fouling paint.

1. Corrosive environment, according to ISO12944-2:2017:

- Atmospheric zone: CX;

- Underwater zone: Im2 (without cathodic protection), Im4 (without cathodic protection);

- Splash zone/tidal range zone: CX/Im2 (without cathodic protection), CX/Im4 (without cathodic protection)

- Other special corrosion stresses (such as splash erosion, oil tanks, etc.).

2. Type of substrate

- Metal substrate (carbon steel, zinc surface, aluminum surface, stainless steel, etc.),

- Concrete surface.

3. What are there? Offshore oil and gas production platforms and related structures, offshore wind power facilities, offshore/harbor military facilities, pipelines in seawater, harbor dock facilities, seaside docks, offshore vessels, cross sea bridges, etc. Common feature: chloride corrosion stress.)
